Our promise
If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. Just email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
Changed your mind?
You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first at nabilmattoussi6@gmail.com and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us, as we can't process returns we don't know about.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.
Items we can't accept back
- Opened or used cosmetics and skincare, for hygiene reasons
- Earrings and intimate apparel (bras and shapewear) that have been worn
- Items returned without contacting us first
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll help you swap it, subject to stock.
