How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 3–8 business days from our US warehouses. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
Do you charge for shipping?
No. Standard shipping is already included in the price of every item.
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Your order confirmation email also has a link to check your order status.
Why did my order arrive in two packages?
Items can ship from different warehouses. Each package has its own tracking number.
Returns & refunds
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full.
Can I return something I don't like?
Yes, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Contact us first for instructions. See Returns & Refunds.
Products & sizing
How do I choose my size?
Each clothing item lists its sizes on the product page. Our pieces often run small, so if you're between sizes we suggest sizing up. Not sure? Email us and we'll help.
Will the color match the photos?
We use the manufacturer's photos. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen.
Payment & security
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. Checkout is run by Shopify with encrypted, secure payment processing. We never see or store your full card details.
What payment methods do you accept?
You'll see all available options at checkout, including major credit and debit cards.
