Welcome to Cozy Picks. This website, shopcozypicks.com, is operated by Cozy Picks LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Cozy Picks", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our store, creating an account or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.

1. Who can use the store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or be using the store with the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree to give us accurate, current and complete information when you create an account or place an order, and to keep it up to date.

2. Customer accounts

You can create a free account to track orders, save your details and receive member offers. You are responsible for keeping access to your email or sign-in method secure and for all activity in your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are used for fraud.

3. Products and descriptions

We work hard to show our products accurately. Our product photos are styled studio images of the actual items we sell; colors and details may still look slightly different on your screen. Sizes can vary by product, so please check the size information on each product page. We may change or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices, promotions and product availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is taken when you place your order, through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

5. Discount codes and member offers

Discount codes, including welcome offers for registered customers, are subject to the conditions shown with each offer (for example, one use per customer, first order only, or signed-in customers only). Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and usually cannot be combined with other discounts. We may end or change an offer at any time, and we may cancel orders that misuse a code.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

7. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders ship from US-based warehouses operated by our fulfillment partners, and most arrive in about 3–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

8. Returns and refunds

Our return and refund rules are set out on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store for anything unlawful; to interfere with its security or operation; to upload viruses or harmful code; to scrape or copy the site; or to harass, abuse or impersonate others. We may limit or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

10. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and you allow us to use it, without payment, to operate and promote the store. Please do not send anything unlawful, offensive or that belongs to someone else.

11. Our content

The text, images, design and logos on this site belong to Cozy Picks LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

12. Third-party services and links

The store uses third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers and sign-in providers (for example Google or Facebook sign-in). Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.

13. Disclaimer

We provide the store and our products "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the store will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Cozy Picks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Before starting any claim, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
