Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Delivery time

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse. They take 1–3 business days to prepare, then 7–12 business days for delivery. Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during holidays and peak sales.

Shipping cost and import duties

Standard shipping is free: it's included in every product price. We also cover all import duties, so there is nothing extra to pay at checkout or on delivery.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number.

Late or missing orders

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of purchase, email support@shopcozypicks.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
